It's 2010. The more time flies by, the more we realize that the future is upon us. That's why we went paperless.

Meet Andrea, our fearless office manager. Managing our office is quite the job and she does it flawlessly. What better person than her to lead our company to the edge of cutting-edge technology in our pursuit of going paperless.

Here is a little excerpt from Andrea's log:

We took four filing cabinets about as tall as me with nine years worth of files and started to organize and scan each paper in each file. The scanner itself is pretty amazing. It scans super quick and turns the scans into PDF files that you can easily search but it’s also a temperamental little thing that had me pulling my hair out when it came to the huge stack of receipts that it refused to scan.  I ended up recruiting Quinn to help me tape the receipts to paper so they would scan. Trevor and Quinn also helped remove the thousands of staples (I am not exaggerating) and organize each paper by date.

We are now in the final lap of checking and shredding each file. I’m just hoping we can finish it all before I, the shredder or the scanner burn out!
