Average time: 3 to 5 weeks. The time it will take to build a website
depends on the complexity of the project. At Convina, we do everything possible
to simplify the initial build of a project so that we can launch sooner. Making
changes and adding new features to websites is not difficult, so we like to start
out with the basic features and continue to build and innovate after we launch a
website.
How much does it cost to build a website?
Average cost for web design: ~$3,500. The cost involved with building a website depends on the complexity of the project.
If you build a website for me, who owns the code?
You own the code. Any custom design and programming is owned by our clients. If we use pre-existing code (which we often do), you will have an unlimited license to use that code for the purposes of your website. Unlike other web firms, we give ownership to all source materials including design, programming, and database source.
Do I have to host with Convina?
No. Our solutions can be hosted at any web host that supports Windows hosting. There are many advantages to hosting with Convina, including greatly reduced development costs and free ongoing site maintenance. In some cases it may be better to host your site with another company. Our solutions have been hosted with dozens of third-pary providers, including Rack Space, Go Daddy, Network Solutions, and others.
